About me

As far back as I can remember I have been advising & coaching people. As I reached my teens I started exploring, reading and participating in various personal/business & spiritual growth programs. Early on in life I was present to the fact that one of my life lessons was about relationships and to make a difference and positive impact in people's life. My healing journey lead me to many fun and not so fun experiences that ultimately opened me up fully to the spiritual realms. I launched my coaching business in 2005, and have been through a couple of shifts since that time. I offer customized coaching programs targeted to individuals and businesses that are open and ready to do the "work" necessary. I pull from my own experiences and my intuitive guidance within to help individuals & businesses discover their inner voice and create an authentic path from there.

My coaching style could be described as empowering, compassionate, straight, loving and accountability driven. My intention is to help you find your inner voice/path and authentic self-expression by bringing fun, playfulness and simplicity to the journey of life that we all share as human beings.

I have been residing in the greater Los Angeles area for the past 18 years.
